Cem., Newaygo Co. b. 7 Apr. 1884, Brant, Erie Co., N.Y. m. Lynn A. Hathaway 14 Sept. 1899. North Collins, N.Y. (my grandparents) d. 13 Jul 1943, Howie in the Hills, Fla. Charles and Bina Grannis were living in Chicago and "had an ice cream store in Chicago". Lynn and Ruby also lived in Chicago when my mother WILMA was born in 1/1/1907. They moved to Big Prairie when my mother was 2 years old. Charles and Bina had already moved to Big Prairie where they bought 40 acres and built a house and were farming when Lynn and Ruby left Chicago and came to Big Prairie.
